I am fortunate to love my job – one that offers an invitation to self inquiry, restoration and resilience. Through years of working with the language of invitation and inquiry in public classes and in mental health settings, I have been blessed to witness healing through yoga. It is my intention that each client, in both public classes and private sessions, feels at ease – that wherever they are working from is the perfect place to begin the practice of compassion towards oneself and others – that we are ALL already whole. There is no ‘fixing’ to be done. If we come to yoga with physical or emotional challenges, the language of inquiry and the invitation to practice offers a gentle place from which to begin.
